Hey everyone. It has been a while since I have posted, but I am back!
There has been a bunch of things go on in my life that made things a bit off the wall for a while, but I will try my best to keep in touch.
So………….What has happened in golf lately? ha ha ha
When buying new equipment, we all approach our purchase from one of many starting points. Some of us start with a certain price range in mind, some have a particular loyalty to their favorite brand. Others start their search based on reviews and word of mouth; and some are simply drawn in by the way a club looks. You can count me as one of the superficial who covet the look of a golf club first and foremost.
AC/DC…………….MOVE OVER!
While I am not the biggest AC/DC fan in the world, I am a fan that what I called a fad, years ago, has caught on.
And really caught on!
So you are dedicated? You are talking the wife into letting you chip in the living room while she is not there? You got your weighted swing trainer? Well all you need now is to keep the brain sharp and in “golf shape.”

Do you get a “forced” couple of months off from the game this time of year? Do you feel a sense of depression knowing that it might be 5 months before you touch your clubs again? Are you planning a vacation already to break up the coming “season of discontent?”

There are some ways to get your golf fix while the weather prevents you from playing. They might not be the same, but they can help pass the time.
So we winterized our golf bag and equipment last time but we forgot one very simple fact of winter golfing.

So what can we do about our bodies and how do we keep warm and dry?
So you live in San Diego or Florida eh?? About this time every year I begin to not just feel jealous, but somewhat loathe you. Not YOU personally, but just……well you.
You get to live a life that others around the world vacation to. You get to golf year round.
Those of us that do not have this luxury are so jealous that we all just might mobilize and take over so that you can’t get a tee time ha ha ha. I kid, of course.

Sweet 16! In some cultures and in some families, turning 16 is a big deal. In fact, to some, turning 16 is bigger than any other birthday. I was not one of the families that did “Sweet 16s” so I never got to know the joy…….until Oct. 7th, 2009.
