Ryan Moore: Like That One Guy in That One Movie Who Casually Doesn’t Care About What Everyone Else Thinks

Ryan Moore goes his own way. Or dances to the beat of a different drum. Or whatever other metaphor you’d like to use when describing a professional golfer who doesn’t have any equipment sponsors and who buys all of his clothes with his own money from thift stores and Urban Outfitters. There’s no denying that Moore is a different breed, but is it possible that his anti-establishment proclivities may be setting the stage for a change in the professional golfing landscape?

A golfer’s wedding

I am up to 50 rounds this year! To put that in perspective for you, I have more rounds this year than we have had days without rain in the calendar year in Seattle (yes that is a tongue in cheek joke). Needless to say, I am pumped to have this many rounds under my belt.

So it is with great sadness that I depart for a week to Cleveland Ohio. To NOT golf. On what will be a great weekend of weather in Seattle………

Golf Moments I Will Never Forget

golfingandaquarim-003I can remember exactly where I was when I first heard of the events of 9/11. I can also remember, vividly, where I was the day the Challenger Shuttle exploded. I am sure there are those that can remember their locations and happenings on the day that Kennedy or Lennon were shot, or Martin Luther King Jr.

It is amazing that events so heinous are the ones that we remember with such remarkable detail.

Adams Speedline 9032LS Review

speedline_bannerIn the spirit of full disclosure, this is something of a biased review. My complaints with the new Adams Speedline 9032LS are negligible, so much that I recently purchased it for myself. I bought it. It’s in my bag and I’m devoted to it. If you’re on the fence about whether or not you should own this club, I am here to push you in the back and drag you over to the side that reads Yes in big bold letters, outlined in Speedline green and yellow. I think that about takes care of our disclaimer.
