Some of you know how I feel about Phil. To those I say, now is not the time for those feelings. Those that do not know how I feel about Phil are none the worse for wear.
Fact of the matter is that today is a tough day for the sport of golf….

For those that did not hear, Phil’s wife Amy has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will be undergoing treatment and major surgery. The result of this to me and you is that Phil is going to leave the tour “indefinately.”

My thoughts, prayers, and wel wishes go out to Phil, Amy, and their 3 children.

This is real life…..golf on TV is just golf on TV.
